TECH – When Honor unveiled its latest lineup of devices, it wasn’t just the smartphones that grabbed attention. At the same stage where the Magic V Flip 2 made its debut, the company also surprised audiences with a gadget that blurs the line between creativity and practicality—a wireless mouse that secretly houses a pair of earbuds inside.
The accessory, officially named the Honor Select Yuewo Wireless Ear Mouse Pro, looks like a typical computer mouse at first glance. But with a quick press, the shell reveals a tiny compartment where a pair of ANC-enabled earbuds rest snugly, ready to be used anytime. The idea is as unconventional as it is ingenious: fewer gadgets to carry, fewer chargers to worry about, and one device that tackles both productivity and entertainment.
As reported by Jagatreview, the mouse and earbuds work through separate connections to avoid interference. The mouse operates via a 2.4 GHz receiver, while the earbuds pair over Bluetooth. This dual system ensures smooth performance whether you’re working on spreadsheets or streaming music on your phone.
According to Notebookcheck, the earbuds come with dual magnetic dynamic drivers and noise reduction technology for immersive sound, while the mouse is built with TTC switches tested for five million clicks. Its surface is coated with an excimer nano-layer, giving it a soft, premium touch. Despite its hybrid design, the device weighs just 78 grams without the earbuds and 88 grams with them inside—lighter than many standalone mice on the market.

Powering this two-in-one gadget is a 1,000 mAh battery that can last up to 30 days on a single charge. As Yanko Design notes, users can even run both the mouse and earbuds simultaneously through the shared USB receiver, or detach the earbuds for standalone use with a smartphone.
Honor has priced this innovation at 269 yuan (around $37), with promotional offers dropping it to 249 yuan ($34). Available in Champagne Gold and Stargrey, the hybrid mouse makes a bold statement about how future accessories might look: compact, multifunctional, and ready for both work and play.
By fusing two everyday tools into one, Honor has turned a simple idea into a futuristic accessory—an emblem of how design can reshape convenience in the digital age.
