SINGAPORE- Students who took the 2023 A-level examinations will receive their results on February 23 at 2:30 PM. Results can be collected in person at their respective schools or accessed online through designated portals, as announced by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB) on February 16.
Schools will provide specific instructions for in-person result collection. Students who are unwell are encouraged to stay home and view their results through SEAB’s Candidates Portal at seab.gov.sg from 3:15 PM on February 23 until 11:59 PM on March 7. Access to the portal can be gained using Singpass for local students, while international students will receive a system-generated username via email starting February 20.
Students who took the 2023 A-level examinations will receive their results on February 23 at 2:30 PM.
School candidates who are unable to be present may appoint a proxy to collect a physical copy of their results. Proxies must present the necessary verification documents at the school during collection. Students who cannot appoint a proxy may contact their schools for further assistance. Private candidates can access their results online through SEAB’s Candidates Portal using Singpass or the account created during registration, available from 3:15 PM on February 23.
Students wishing to apply for admission to autonomous universities or for scholarships can submit their applications online without needing to provide a hard copy of their A-level certificate. Further information on the admission process can be found on the respective university websites.

For guidance on next steps, school candidates may consult their teachers or Education and Career Guidance (ECG) counselors at their schools. Appointments with ECG counselors can also be scheduled at https://go.gov.sg/moe-ecg-centre. The MOE ECG Centre will offer online and phone counseling services from February 19 to March 16, operating on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM and on Saturdays from 9 AM to noon.
